she's taken over my kitchen, but i welcome it, she's already tried to have the kids eat candy made out of figs, and she's soaking the beans. just like my childhood all over again!
Moms are just great, aren't they? When my mom use to visit she would scour all the little baked on brown spots off my pyrex. Hmmm! Lots of things got done that with my busy life with kids, were just not too high on my priority list. I appreciated it so much but also felt guilty that I could not do it all.
Have you ever noticed that when you make the recipes that your mom handed down they are never as good as when she makes them? I love it when my mom cooks! i love that you posted pics...you are too cute.
