Where oh where did you find that adorable dress??!!! My mom smocks (English smocking) so I can imagine all the hard work that went into that.

And don't worry about all the other stuff. You'll get it taken care of eventually. :) Pretty dresses and dreams of grand-babies-to-be are much more fun!

p.s.
that was supposed to say LOOK super cute, not LOVE super cute.

geez.

1. I am currently eating chocolate chips.
2. again, I love your phrase "monthly crankies." too bad I cannot blame these chips on that right now.....

Do your boys just roll their eyes at you when you get in the "future" mode? I have a 5 year old that thinks I'm a crazy when I talk about girlfriends. I have a box of those "save for the grandbabies" and my dear hubby thinks I a nut. Glad to see I'm not the only one.

I also have a cedar chest where I keep such precious items. I take them out and can't believe my babies were ever so tiny. Mine are only 2 and 4 so I musn't get ahead of myself! :)

What a sweet dress. And laundry? Well, it never ever goes away... NEVER.

my girls have a dress just like that! i found it a rummage sale and paid a quarter. i swear, my evelyn lived in it last summer-so ours is not suitable for grandbabies no matter how hard i try!

Darling dress! Sometimes, late at night when the kids are all awake throwing up and crying...I dream about grandchildren:)

What a beautiful dress!! I used to drown in a mountain of laundry when my girls were younger. Now there's only one left most of the time so I add hers to mine to save on energy and water and she folds, great deal! Even though I don't get the crankies anymore I still need chocolate.....maybe that never leaves. I used to keep the pantry full of chocolate chips when all 4 girls were younger and home and now they hardly get used up. Enjoy your little ones time really flies....of course now i have 4 awesome girlfriends.

The best thing about grandbabies will be that you can spoil them to death and then give them back!!

Have the monthly crankies here too, eatin sugar cookie with sprinkles for dinner while locked in my room away from the kiddos...sprinkles make life beautiful.

I love to smock everything...getting ready to make smocked Easter Eggs soon. If you can cross stitch, you can smock...so go for it!!! A pullen pleater is the best...The Children's Corner has the best patterns on which to smock.

Anytime...really, it would be FUN!!! And then there will be a new craze into smocking because of us..."we're bringing smocking back"...a very lame attempt at a Justin Timberlake remake...

Okay, the sugar cookies have gotten to me!!!

Anytime, V...I am here to collaborate.

You can erase the post with my email...please? With sprinkles on top?

I love smocked dresses. I have a few in my collection. I think it's pretty darn cool how popular you are. It's even cooler to know you for real. Miss you. So if we buy a new house will you help me make it cute?

Also waiting for grandbabies. Need to go shopping for a dress like that, maybe by the time I find one, the babies will arrive!

I've got a cedar chest full of sweet little girl (and little boy too) dresses and shoes waiting for grandbabies. Hopefully they will be in there for quite awhile though since oldest just got married and is not yet ready for babies and my other daughter is 17. My son is 8. We will have a few more years before most of them are ready for babies! But when they are, the little clothes are waiting!
