Have you tried Special K Protein water. It has fiber, and protein and tastes better than crystal light. Really who couldn't use a little colon cleanse.
uh no you can't have my ddp and no i havnt tried the protein thingy...by any chance does it give you the energy that caffine does, because that's what's killing me!
