yes, made out of a simple abundance layer cake, and can be found at the Moda Bake shop.
go on over and check out the tutorial for these little ladies, and if you happen to go to quilt market make sure you give them a little hello, for they are going to be there. along with my strawberries.
also if you want to make a pumpkin:
you will need to get a large bowl. one with the width of of 11 inches
or you can download my pdf file
(it's fixed!)
(just make sure you have it at 100% for the medium size pumpkin and you can blow it up much bigger for the larger version)
for the larger version pumpkin i used a large hoop with the width of 16 1/2 inches.
just follow the steps at the my moda bake shop tutorial for the tomato but with these larger circles and you should get some cute pumpkins!
i hope you like these as much as i do!

Dear Vanessa, the tutorial is the very best pretty, but not allow me to download the pdf.
Hi, I tried to download the pdf but was told I have insufficient privileges?
Thanks for sharing though :)
I had the same problem as Deb did. I guess I will just wing it to make my pumpkin.
i've just fixed it hopefully!
It worked for me! (it must have been my presence, jk) Thanks for sharing, they are too cute! I tried for my first time at a giveaway so be sure to check it out! I need all the help I can get!

V,
These are just perfect! LOVE these!
How ADORABLE! I love the tomatoes as pumpkins.
Now these might be something I could handle. I am so intimidated by and covet your quilts, but pumpkins and tomatoes are a start right?
Vanessa...love this pattern. I have a fondness for fabric pumpkins, especially easy ones to make! I plan to make a pumpkin patch full of these. I mentioned your post on my blog so my creative/sewing family could check this out!
Those are so cute. I love your blog. you are very creative.
Thank you for sharing! This I can do! They look yummy!

Your pinecone wreath is beautiful but more than the wreath, the overall vignette that you show is gorgeous!!!!!!
Oh so cute. I'm adding them to my to do list. ;o) You are so amazing. ;o)
V...these are so cutest--just wish I had more time to make them--how about today! I was going over to the modabakeshop as soon as I am done checking my blogs!
So adorable. Love them. Mimi
Wow! great blog!!! It was great to meet you at Fallow Field Farm! I love the tomatoes and pumpkins! One day I will set aside my painting and jewelry making to get over my fear of sewing... lately I'm itching to make some pillows and I love your ruffled ones from your giveaway.
Wendy and I did get our site up and running... it's still a work in progress and soon we'll probably have a blog linked. Check it out: www.1ofakindvintage.com
Love these. I featured them on somedaycrafts.blogspot.com
Oooh, SO cute! I'm going to have to make a few of these and stuff them in my pear jar. Cute!
Sorry I haven't gotten back to you yet (promise I'm not avoiding you), we were in California last week, got back on Sunday night and I've been playing catch up ever since. Crazy, always crazy. I'll try to call you tomorrow and see if I can catch you. I'm off to the fire station for a school something or other. Hope you are doing great!

Thanks for joining my linky party, I hope to see you there again!
Too cute! I need to try one! Yesterday I blogged about the tutorials I am currently working on - of yours of course. :o)
I have a quick question...
Do you still sell the kit to make the "i love us" pillow?
love,
Trish
Dear Vanessa-
These pumpkins/tomatoes are adorable, and I really love the pinecone wreath. I took my daughter to the park yesterday and the ground was covered with pinecones, so I thought, aha, I know just what to do with these! The only problem was that mine were the longer skinnier kind as opposed to short and squatty so they looked weird sticking out from the wreath form. SO, I had to cut them all in half which was a giant pain in the bum, not to mention the hand, and I got absolutely covered in sap!For some reason things like that never seem to be simple and easy like they are for everyone else!! BUT, now it looks really pretty so it was worth it!
Oh, and I thought I send you this other link for some other fabric pumpkin instructions in case you haven't seen it before, because you can never have enough pumpkins! Plus, they look like the kind of project you'd like. Anyway, sorry about the ultra long post, have a good weekend!
