i got to sew a little and clean a little. we spent a lot of time watching GC with the family and spent some time outside...FINALLY.
when the weather turned super nice we got some outside time... the kids were so excited to play in shorts and be in the sun.
it's crazy that just a few weeks ago on our little trip we were all bundled up and looking like we would be pasty twilight lovers for like EVER. (hanging out in men's bathrooms...ahem)...
yep. spring has def placed a spring in our jumps.
i can hear myself getting happier.

Yeah! Spring! The Bassets are glad to be able to spend days outside without freezing. The Swissys were bred to be in the cold, bassets apparently were not.......

Lucky you! We are still waiting for Spring here in central ND. I still have snowmen in my yard and it's snowing/sleeting again today! :(. My kids need to get outside!
We totally had spring weather last week. It was glorious...now it is snowing outside...BOOO!
i think we might have a little bit of snow still in our near future...but we at least tasted spring...and we know it's possible!!
I read this watching the snow fall and thinking I better pack it up and head home. But yeah, the 60/70 degree weather this weekend was awesome. But I won't argue if we get a snow day tomorrow. We so desperately need the moisture. Else the Black Hills really will be black: fire scorched black.
I'm in ND also and we have a 10 ft pile of snow in my front yard and a good 3 ft drifts in the back. So ready to have spring here lol
yeah i know, we need the moisture too. i will take rain any day over snow, but if it comes in snow...i might just scream for a second and then just try to remember the nice days we just had. till the next time i can taste it again! here's to spring in your neck of the wood soon! :)
We had a beautiful Saturday and Easter Sunday and it's been raining ever since ~ at least it's not snow. Warmer weather is on the way tho.
We're having spring here and it is DELIGHTFUL!!! I got a light sunburn this weekend! It felt so good! :)
