welcome to my turn to the friendship quilt along. if you have been following this whole time and have been making the quilt as we go, welcome to the next one!
if you are just hearing about it, it's okay i think i'm going to make this quilt this summer when i have a little more down time. maybe we can make it then together. if you've been making them make sure you place them in the flicker group!

i chose to make my block out of my simply color pink ombre.

but before you think i only have a thing for pink i also have a major thing for all colors:
i must confess though i am a huge sucker for green, blue, and gray. those are usually the things that catch my attention first, then of course anything that goes well with those is a love too...so uh... yeah... i guess i like a lot of colors. :)
(ahem, excuse my awesome organizing...i'm in the middle of trying to fill up my newly installed bookshelves in my office, and i am doing quite a good job at it if i do so say so myself color coordinating and making it look yummy.)

My favorite shape is anything using a sixty degree angle ruler--sew fun to put together strips, re-cut with the ruler and see what happens next!

Well, I really want to work with hexagons, and tumblers look like a lot of fun. But I seem to drift toward patterns with rectangles. Guess it is time to break out of the mold! Oh, and I think I will try out your Hampton bag for summer.

Confetti is my favorite pattern. I have never sewn with hexagons before but have seen a couple of tutorials lately so I think I can give it a try.

I like your Kaleidoscope pattern. And my favorite shape is probably stars. Or pinwheels.
My favorite shape is cirlces but they are very hard so I will say any pattern that makes a circle with having to make a circle. Does that make sense?
