New V and Co Quilt Patterns and Sale

Yay! I'm so excited to show you what we have been working on over here! We have a total of 6 new patterns! 3 full sized quilts, 1 mini and 2 full sized quilts using our V and Co. Ombre. (please ask your moda rep to show you the Ombre its a basic!)
We are offering a 30% off all PDF files now through the end of the week. (sale ends 9/4 at midnight) Just insert SPEC30B at check out!

Lets start off with Nana's Afghan

Nana's Afghan measures at 60" x 72"
Uses the whole color scheme of the line, and is a pretty easy quilt to put together
The pattern comes with step by step instructions (traditional piecing)  with color diagrams and images.

Next we have Court Jester:
This quilt uses all of the water color stripes from the collection with a splash of the green HST print.
We used 7 colors/fabrics in this one so it has a lot going on! Give it a try in all solids or less colors and this quilt will have a completely different look!
Court Jester Measures at 64” x 72"
This pattern includes step by step instructions with color illustrations, pictures and diagrams.
Buy the pattern here

Now I don't want to be rude and say this next one is my favorite in fear to hurt the other quilts feelings…but... here's Aunt Rose's Garden my favorite new Spectrum pattern:

Just using three of our collection she's a beauty and a classic.
The quilt measures at 70" x 86"

This quilt pattern includes step by step instructions, color diagrams and images.
Traditional piecing method.

And yes I know the whole mini quilt thing has been a big deal for a while, but we finally jumped on board and we are introducing our first stand alone mini pattern Parasol mini:
Measuring at 18" x 18" each square is 4" each.
And just so dang cute.
I can see why the whole mini quilt thing is a thing. Its fast and satisfying and did I already say cute?
This pattern includes step by step instructions with color illustrations, pictures and diagrams.
Traditional piecing

And like I mentioned before we are so excited that the V and Co ombre is a basic! So we are continuing to make patterns using this wonderful fabric!

Hang Ten uses 8 of our 20 ombre fabric.

But because there are about 5-6 shades in each of these fabrics, the color range makes it look like you used way more than just 8 fabrics. We cut the fabric length wise so each of the strips looks like you are using solid fabric and not ombre.
The outcome was pretty. And this is going to be one of my favorite go to quilts, when we get into cooler weather. Not only will it keep me war, it will cheer me up with the fun colors!

Finished quilt size is 63" x 72"
This pattern uses V and Co Ombre Fabric with Moda
This pattern includes step by step instructions with color illustrations, pictures and diagrams.
Foundation pieced.

And last but not least we have Prism:

Finished Size 68 1/2" x 85 1/2"
This pattern uses V and Co Ombre Fabric with Moda
This pattern includes step by step instructions with color illustrations, pictures and diagrams.
Traditional piecing
Don't forget to add SPEC30B for 30% off all PDFs!

I think my favorite is Nana's Afghan, but the flower garden one and the mini quilt are close.

Very enjoyable quilt show!! I'm intrigued by Prism and the rainbow effect of the blocks. The mini quilt is, indeed, cute but the piecing would be difficult for me...so small pieces.

Thank you for all your inspiration.

I'm really excited about your new line. It looks awesome. Aunt Rose and Prism are my favorites of the new patterns. I feel like I need to get some more ombre colors. I only have two, and haven't hardly cut into them yet, but maybe more would get me going. I need to see if my LQS has them.

I like Prism - especially with the ombre colours.

I'd love to make a quilt that looks like Aunt Rose's Garden but I know I'd get bored using the same fabrics over and over so I choose a scrappy style like Nana's Afghan.

Kim-the-girl said...

I actually really love the parasol mini pattern. I love the confetti background you used in a few squares. I think a full size quilt made up like that would be beyond amazing.

re: Pattern clarification question

Hi Vanessa,
The Aunt Rose Garden quilt is gorgeous. In the materials list it shows "21/4 yds Avocado" and a similar fraction for the other fabrics. Does this mean 21 HSTs which will require 4 yards of fabric? I'm confused on the fraction description on the fabric requirements. Logically I know it couldn't mean 21 yds of fabric for a bigger quilt. Thanks so much. Mary
