3 minute microwave homemade fudge
this last week was our first "mommy and littlest ones left at home get together" during the school hours. we were celebrating one our friends moving. wait, that sounded wrong. we were getting together to send her off with one last get together in celebration of her.
hmmm.
okay words are not working for me today.
anywho...
we all made something because what's better than getting together with friends and talking?
getting together and having a blast talking AND eating.
i made my neighbor's 3 minute (three ingredient) cook it in the microwave homemade goodness fudge.
here's the recipe:
2 packages (11.5 or 12 oz package) of choc chips (1 milk chocolate, 1 dark or semi sweet chocolate) i've also substituted the milk choc with andes mint chunks and it was delish!
1 can of sweetened condensed milk (14 or 16 oz)
3 tables spoons of butter
combine all three ingredients in a microwaveable bowl.
microwave on high for 3 minutes.
stir everything up.
pour into a 9 by 13 pan (for thinner fudge) or a 9 by 9 pan for the ticker version shown above.
enjoy making your jeans tighter.
have a good weekend.
we're hoping to collect some wood for our fire place.
oh yeah
here comes the fall
lalalala....
*sigh*

Oh my word! Those look DANGEROUS! 3 minute fudge? Seriously? And with stuff I have in my kitchen already....sheesh. I may have to try this and then to my workout dvd twice that day:)
it was the three minutes that got me going. I need fudge like a hole in my head but....
I have a can of sweetened condensed milk just waiting to be whipped up into something delicious! We may have to try these today!
Greeeaaat just what I needed. A 3 minute recipe for fudge with 3 ingredients I have in my house at all times so I can make it any time I want. Mom pants here I come ;)
I definitely need to make this.. thanks for the recipe.
Oh goodness, this is very dangerous. especially the mention of andes mints, i love andes mints
This would make a great gift to whip up real quick for the mailman or person at Christmas or something like that. Coool!! Oh boy am I looking forward to Fall. We will have a taste of it tomorrow. Yesterday it was 93 and it will be 78 for a high tomorrow yeah!! And I live in the south and it is humid here too!!!Have fun gathering wood. We buy the ours.
Oh my. I will eat anything that takes only 3 minutes to make. And, if it has the word "fudge" in there too, count me in. do I have to share with my family? please say no.
okay, this is the kind of recipe with my name all over it. THANKS! :)
Three minute fudge?! EASY fudge? You. Are. Evil. :0)
I *just* finished off a batch of cookie dough made from your recipe (with the pudding mix) and of course I'll be trying this next! I'm not sure, however, how much longer I'll be able to put the blame on the newborn for my lack of wearable clothes. :)
I love it, very easy and fast. Guess I will enjoy making my jeans a little tighter this weekend!

YUM!!! I am going to make some this weekend...thanks for sharing! Hope you have a fun filled weekend!
yummyyyy
this recipe is very very similar to what we call Brigadeiro. Instead of the chocolate we use something like Nesquik (chocolate in powder form). Then you can eat it directly out of the bowl (wait to cool down) or roll it up in little balls and then into chocolate sprinkles.
thanks for posting - have a great weekend!
What a great idea. Similar to a fudge I used to make before the era of microwaves!
Thanks! I just discovered how to access my favorites and you were one!

Oh why'd you have to go and post this right in the middle of my diet? LOL! Thanks for the recipe!
DANGEROUS! Anything that only takes 3 minutes to make with that concentration of chocolate...YUM! Maybe I should share my 5 minute chocolate cake in a mug...
Hey Vaness! We went and got wood for our fireplace, too! Where did you guys go? And yes our get together was tons of fun! Why do we wait so long between our get togethers???
Ooh! that sounds perfect. Could you post the sizes of your packs and cans? I'm in New Zealand I think out packaging may differ in size. I love fudge and can't wait to try this recipe :D
You could probably put some peanut butter in there, too.
Made this today! It was wonderful. Even better that I left most of it at the bbq I was at.
oh my god.. v!!!!
why you do this to us??
it's a good thing I don't have condensed milk right now in the kitchen
but the store opens at..4,30hs pm?
I could wait sitting at its door, eating chocolate
:)
Thank you! I just whipped this together last night and it's a dream come true. In fact, it was part of my breakfast...
Thanks for sharing!
just thought I would let you know that I continued on with your get the crap out of my house challenge and finally got my quilting stuff organized today :-) even more exciting is in the process I discovered that I have a wide open wall for a design wall. heres the link:

I have to tell you that I tried to make fudge (and failed) three times last year. I made this and it was the best tasting and so stinkin' easy. Ours is gone after 3 days. Thank you!!!
I have this same recipe, I love it! I get so many compliments on it when I bring them into work. No one would guess its so easy
These sound great. Just wondering what weight are the Choc Chip packs. I am in Australia and our packages can be different weights. Thanks
hi v
it's me again
I have the same question that kirsty: what weight are the choc chips.. I thought I would make it with chocolate in bars, and wondered how many I should buy
and another question is.. once I put it in the pan, shall I put it in the fridge? sorry for so many questions, but have never done anything like this before.. but has already bought the condensed milk and choc!!!!!
Just read your post, just made the fudge, it is dangerously delicious!
Thank you so much for this recipe.. off to buy some sweetened condensed milk :-)
HECK TO THE YEAH!
thanx for the recipe. I didnt like those jeans anyway!
We loved this recipe. My boys (7 & 4) & I made it today. It was so easy my 7 y/o said he could do it by himself lol, if the ease and simplicity isn't enough this tasted just as good if not better than the expensive fudge you buy in candy shops!
I cannot wait to make this! My kids and I love Nutella. We put it on everything. thanks for the idea.
