Wow, there sure are a lot more comments here when you're giving away free stuff, aren't there? Well, I left my friends and family on the west coast to move to the east coast with my husband and his new job. We have been here 1.5 years now, and I'm desperately trying to find ways to make myself not feel so lonely so I've taken up a few new hobbies - one photography and the other is... hopefully, sewing. We bought my sewing machine 3 months ago (it's one of those Singer starter machines). I've done a few simple things but I'm just not very creative. I'll have you know that the sewing machine purchase was completely inspired by your blog, thank you very much!
Anyway, I've been developing insomnia lately - it's almost 6 a.m. and I still can't sleep. I'm also rambling on on a complete stranger's blog, trying to convince her that I could sure use a pick-me-up and some inspiration. Yikes - I'll probably delete this after I take my nap today and realize what I wrote.
So yeah, it'd be cool if you pick me, but there are so many others probably far more deserving. Thanks for having a cool, inspirational blog!

great stuff here. i purchased a doll size quilt from your shop for my daughter maybe a few years ago now...and now she is almost 12 and she still wraps her itty bitty american girl twins in it (named sasha and john). we were organizing her room, and she says mom I'm glad you got the dolls that quilt--so I thought of you and how nice it is you make things and sell them and they end up in a very special place.
